Engineering Team Values

Although the company as a whole has a great set of values, we decided to spend some time as a team coming up with what was most important to us. These are the results.

Have fun and feel part of the team

    • We get to know each other as people

    • We celebrate our successes, big or small

    • When something goes wrong, we look at the process not the person

    • We learn from failure. We don’t make people feel bad for it.

    • We readily admit when something goes wrong, without fear of repercussion

    • Try to always put yourself in others’ shoes

    • Blameless post mortems when something goes wrong

Clear communication

    • We don’t work in silos, everything is in the open
